In early 2024, I had the opportunity to transition into responsibilities where I led coordination of a facilities start-up and modification project and acted as the primary liaison between internal and external parties. My goals included developing my project management style, enhancing interpersonal communication, and showcasing leadership and decision-making skills. I also aimed to demonstrate adaptability, build effective relationships across functions, expand my professional network, and gain a deeper understanding of the business's financial structure and budgeting process.
