Managing Projects and Changing Responsibilities at CSL Seqirus

In early 2024, I had the opportunity to transition into responsibilities where I led coordination of a facilities start-up and modification project and acted as the primary liaison between internal and external parties. My goals included developing my project management style, enhancing interpersonal communication, and showcasing leadership and decision-making skills. I also aimed to demonstrate adaptability, build effective relationships across functions, expand my professional network, and gain a deeper understanding of the business's financial structure and budgeting process.

Technical Proficiency

Improved on generating project management templates via Excel. Gained proficiency in developing business cases for CAPEX planning.

Attained project closure prior to end of fiscal year. Maintained facility active status while completing project milestones. Achieved cost savings of $0.5 million through effective coordination, strategic planning, and proactive issue resolution.

Recognized for leading critical workflows, serving as the primary contact for cross-functional leads, and providing feedback at site forums. Transitioned responsibilities to evaluating and integrating new technologies into the group.
