This course explored the unique environment of biotechnology research, and the legal and regulatory frameworks that govern pharmaceutical marketing and reimbursement. It emphasized the foundational legal and regulatory processes in the U.S., with a specific focus on the role of the FDA and agencies in the development and marketing of biotechnology products. Through this course, I gained a comprehensive understanding of the ethical and legal considerations in the biotechnology field, and how to navigate the complex landscape of pharmaceutical and medical product marketing.
Project Management
This course taught me comprehensive project management concepts, methods, and tools, emphasizing multiple perspectives, including executive management, project teams, and stakeholders. It helped me develop the skills to work effectively with virtual teams, enhanced my communication skills, and provided strategies on constructing high-quality, executive-level project deliverables.
