Defining manufacturing and patenting potential for ocular wound repair technology

Gluck Labs sought support to evaluate the commercialization potential of a new technology. Under my leadership, the team conducted a comprehensive manufacturing landscape analysis, identifying key market capabilities and several partnership opportunities. Additionally, patenting potential was assessed, highlighting challenges such as conflicts with existing patents, limitations in novelty, and non-obviousness criteria. Based on these insights, strategic recommendations were provided for alternative approaches to market the technology and maximize its value despite patenting constraints.
