Sustainable Foods Landscape for Biosolutions

This project explored the value chain of substrate and by-product markets to identify how Novonesis' biosolutions could be integrated. The MMB team conducted a comprehensive market landscape review, identified key market sectors, highlighted industry leaders, and performed outreach to gather insights on potential opportunities within these value chains. Our recommendations are on-target to support Novonesis in refining its strategy for engaging with markets of interest.
